Years ago, Pat Carr became attracted to the myths of the Mimbres peoples, so much so that she wrote Mimbres Pottery, a highly respected scholarly text. But Pat is also a writer of fiction. Soon she was working with the ancient tales anew, recreating them in her own fictional language centered in the experience of women.
